  The food is good for the price. Dear god the customer service is despicable, I have never had the displeasure of interacting with such horrid people in my life. Their phone manner is rude, curt, and cold they don't even say goodbye when you finish ordering they just hang up! I don't know about anyone else but I don't like feeling I am inconveniencing anyone by just existing. I feel like I am putting them out by giving them my money so I can have some food. My partner and I have to paper, scissor, rock to see who has to go inside, we both refuse to. Once inside they are just as bad in person. I was the yesterday and the lady was going on about killing an animal and how it deserved it while serving customers. They throw your food at you and don't even greet you. I think it must hurt them to be nice. If you are reading this ladies stop being cold, rude, uninviting people. Try to bit more friendly you might see people won't hate you as much if you do.

  just letting you all know there are all new staff here now with foucus on customer service and great food and coffee.yes thats right we have put in a coffee machine, tables and chairs with a cafe twist. So please come by and see us again. thank you

  I live close to gables but the ladies that work there are just sour and rude when you go in. Even ordering on the phone it is a inconvenience. Rude cows that cook horrible food. I will drive the extra km to another fish and chip shop and spend the money on petrol before I return there!!
