  Booked a table for 8 people for 7pm. Arrived just before 7 and were shown to our table. So far, so good. We went up to order our meals soon after. My sister who is a siliac, went to great pains to explain to the person taking our orders that she couldn’t have the hollandaise sauce and the man told here that this would be made known to the kitchen staff. My brother, who doesn’t eat eggs ordered the hamburger as the menu didn’t mention eggs included. I was the last to order and the man advised that as we had ordered together our meals would be coming out at much the same time.
  Well things certainly went down hill pretty quickly after that. My brother in law’s mixed grill arrived minus the fried egg that was part of the menu. He pointed this out and a fried egg arrived soon after. My sister’s salmon turned up, but the message about the hollandaise sauce obviously hadn’t been passed on. She had to have her meal returned and another one prepared. My brother’s hamburger arrived, but there was an egg included. He had to scrape the egg from his hamburger. So far none for three. Time then went on and eventually my friend’s mixed grill arrived. His wife, who ordered a chicken roulade, and my wife and I who had ordered the hot pot pie then waited and waited. At about 7.45 the chicken arrived and surprisngly was exactly what was ordered. My wife and I were still waiting for our pies. We asked and were told that it would be another five minutes. At about 8.15 our meals arrived. The rest of the table had completed their meals. We dug into our pies and to our surprise and disgust found the pies to be cold. We summoned the waitress and made our displeasure known. She took our meals away and and she may have asked if we wanted our pies heated up because about five minutes later another hot pot pie was brought to our table. We declined. We did however demand our money back and this was done.
  How is that we had to wait for more than an hour for our meals but when pushed they could have another one ready within five minutes. The whole night was a disaster and we won’t be darkening their doors again.

  Booked into venue on recommendation, however the Mother's Day lunch was so very disappointing. My father shouted his three daughters lunch, which was a set menu, his meal was a roast pork, with under baked potatoes, carrots, and pumpkin. No apple sauce, no greens, very dry.. three of the four meals were poor. Deserts, were not what was advertised, the pavlova with fruit salad, came out with no fruit salad, other than one strawberry on the plate....the counter meals are a bit better however won't be going again.
